I too found that if weight loss isn't the motivator, but your quality of health is the focus, that's the key to success. The weight falling off is just a happy side effect.

Kristin, Oh my goodness, this is ME! I have started and stopped Whole30 THREE TIMES in the past year. On round one, I made it 18 days, lost 15 lbs, stopped snoring, started sleeping, less anxiety, Crohn's felt better, etc., etc., etc. Why did I ever quit? Anyway, I really needed to see your words today as I get ready to start again, so THANK YOU for saying what I needed to hear. I enlisted 2 buddies to do this with me and we are gonna make it this time!!
